I'm not surprised, but wow. AI slop at its finest! More people should share AI fails like this. I wrote a post about how my doctor's AI tool output slop in my medical records. I'm concerned when I see her in October, it will happen again.

Amen to this. AI is so useful for some things -- but using a predictive text algorithm to solve problems, with a default to making the user happy, seems like a poor way to approach any situation with nuance.
